Quantum Teams Top Both Divisions at Quantum J/70 Winter Series Finale

The Quantum J/70 Winter Series at Davis Island Yacht Club concluded this afternoon with great results for Quantum sails. Quantum teams took 1st and 2nd in the three-regatta series in both the Open and Corinthian divisions. Congrats to Allan Terhune, Jr. and crew on Dazzler, taking first place today to win the overall series. Marty Kullman on New Wave took second in the overall series after placing 7th this weekend.

In the Corinthian Division, Rob Britts on Hot Mess took first for the weekend and the series overall. Second in Corinthian for the series is Noel Clinard on Loonatictu, which placed fourth in this weekend’s event.

Receiving a Quantum J/70 jib as a mid-fleet award was Ted Johnson and team on Vitamin J. Johnson sails out of Salem, Massachusetts.

Thanks to all the teams who came out for the Quantum J/70 Winter series and the team at DIYC for producing an outstanding event..
